Happy Labor Day Weekend  9/3/10
Our school will be closed Friday, Saturday, Monday for holiday.

Self-Defense Workshop  9/18/10  (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
This will be a hands on type of self-defense training and we will cover principles that are simple to do. This workshop will be geared toward the general public.
